Biography and some basic info
Initially the agent that kickstarted a new incarnation of the Squidbeak Splatoon alongside the Squid Sisters and Captain Cuttlefish, General Willow Shallowfish has since taken to overseeing operations from all divisions of the Squidbeak Splatoon through his own chain of command in the form of INKCOM, having founded this particular division of the Squidbeak Splatoon after the Deepsea Metro Incident. The legends spoken of this Inkling are said to coincide with his safe return of the Great Zapfish to Inkadia in 12015, something that prompted the Squidbeak Splatoon to take up further recruits, to a point where some agent, while he was away on one of his missions, managed to ensure that Agent One was safely returned. More on that tidbit later. His role in the Deepsea Incident, as Lady recalls, was one where a brawl had occurred not too long after he was taken over by Tartar. While Lady eventually managed to overpower him and break him free of that mind control, it was Willow who encouraged Lady to not give up, to not give into fear, and to get back on her feet. Of course, Tartar still posed a threat, and with his help, Lady was able to defeat and put an end to the threat the telephone posed. In his spare time, you can see him interacting with Lady, Celeste, and the Morningstar Twins, who have since become close friends of his.
It seems as though recently he had developed a thing for another member of INKCOM, though he would discover later on that she was in fact the older sister of both Celeste and Lady. He's usually one to keep the peace, though.

The older sister of both Celeste and Selene Nightingale, Maria Ivy Nightingale is said to be the second-in-command of INKCOM, taking over operations whenever Willow is said to be out on his own missions. For what it is worth, this connection Willow has had with Selene eventually led to her seeking out the general for a mission of her own, to put an end to a cult responsible for plunging the hometown of the Nightingales into an endless sea of darkness. This mission would be passed on to none other than her younger sibling herself, who swore upon it to put an end to Octivious' cult of destruction and darkness altogether. A Daybreaker in her own right, Maria is said to wear this as a badge of honor, having led a squad in several missions against Octavio's forces in the period of 12016 and 12019, between the timeframe of which her twin sisters also gained a reputation to uphold in their own rights as well.
For a period, it was thought that General Shallowfish's feelings were one-sided, that was until Maria surprised him with a black beanie, the very same black beanie that he adorns to this very day. If anything, she's followed her heart, one of the more mollusk qualities of a daybreaker. In return, he has since provided medication for both her and her younger set of twin sisters to help contain the bloodlust that develops at times. This friendship eventually blossomed into something more, from a ride-or-die, to a light in the dark, in the case of both of them.

Already established as one of the technical mistresses of INKCOM's intelligence division, Madeline, Better known by her middle name Austra to close ties, is said to be proficent in deducing a situation that presents itself from time to time. This is in part due to her training in the Octarian Military before she ultimately defected due to hearing the Calamari Inkantation in 12015, She has since managed to keep close ties with a friend of hers who she met not too long after the Deepsea Incident, This very friend in question, Willow, has kept her logic and knowledge of tech in mind when strategizing potential operations and the like for certain divisions of the Squidbeak Splatoon. Outside of her savvy in tech, she is also known to be a martial arts fighter from time to time, and is said to enjoy partaking in martial arts tournaments whenever recreational turf wars do not present themselves.
She always seems to be one step ahead of an opponent whenever she's engaged in combat, whether it be in turf wars, martial arts, or competitions involving tech. This initially will give off a calculating vibe whenever initially crossing paths with her, but over time those who interact with her will find that she's actually more mellow than meets the eye. This usually leads to people underestimating her capability from time to time. Despite this, there is a considerable annoyance when it comes to her sister's cockiness and hubris, as if Azure's the polar opposite of her..
